Westcon-Comstor in Madrid is seeking an L2 Senior Support Specialist for Checkpoint and Fortinet technologies. You will provide advanced technical support, diagnose complex network issues, and mentor L1 engineers to ensure high service levels.

This role emphasizes close collaboration with cross-functional teams, rigorous documentation, and escalation to L3 when needed, delivering reliable security solutions for our clients in Spain.

Formación

• CCSA/CCSE/CCTA or equivalent experience.
• Fortinet NSE4 and NSE5-Fortiswitch or equivalent.
• 3+ years IT support focusing on Check Point, Fortinet, and managed services networking products.
• Proficient in network protocols and technologies.

Responsabilidades

• Troubleshoot and manage escalated Check Point cases (NGFW, VPNs, IPS/IDS) and Fortinet cases.
• Configure, install, and maintain Check Point and Fortinet devices.
• Document knowledge base and assist engineers with troubleshooting tips.
• Provide customer-facing support and escalate to L3 as needed.
