HBX Group seeks a Senior Category Manager - IT & Technology Procurement to optimize costs and govern software licenses across enterprise tech. You will lead strategic sourcing for software, cloud, data platforms, and IT services while aligning with business goals.

You will partner with IT, Architecture, Legal and Finance to drive TCO savings, manage key vendor relationships, and ensure compliance with GDPR, cyber security and data governance requirements.

Formación

• 7+ years' experience in IT, Systems Architecture or Indirect Procurement, with at least 5+ years in IT strategy, contract negotiation and supplier governance.
• Experience leading strategic sourcing across software, cloud, data platforms and IT services.
• Strong negotiation, risk management, and contract management capabilities with multi-year ELAs and complex renewals.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing across core technology categories (software, cloud, IT services) through RFx, negotiations, and contract awards.
• Own category strategies for IT and technology, aligning with business priorities and roadmaps.
• Drive vendor strategies for SAP, Salesforce, cloud providers, and modern data architectures.
• Negotiate AI licensing and pricing models, and govern AI/IP rights in contracts.
• Oversee contract lifecycle management, SLAs, audit protection, and renewal terms.
• Mentor junior category managers and share best practices in tech negotiations.
• Collaborate with Legal, Security, Finance to ensure compliant, value-driven procurement.
• Produce executive dashboards tracking spend and market trends in SaaS, cloud pricing, and renewals.
