HBX Group is seeking a Senior Category Manager for IT & Technology Procurement to drive cost optimization and TCO value. You will lead strategic sourcing across software, cloud, and IT services, govern licenses, and manage key vendor relationships with IT leadership.

You will partner with Legal, Security, Finance, and Architecture to ensure compliant, value-driven procurement while mentoring junior colleagues and delivering executive dashboards on spend and market trends.

Formación

• Minimum 7+ years in IT, with strategy, contracts, and governance.
• Experience across Technology, Cloud, and/or Software categories.
• Strong track record in multi-year IT agreements and renewals.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing across core technology categories.
• Own category strategies for IT and Technology aligned to roadmaps.
• Drive vendor strategies for SAP, Salesforce, cloud, and data platforms.
• Negotiate AI licensing, token-based pricing, and LLM agreements.
• Manage cloud usage, license governance, and reduce shelfware.
• Embed data governance and cyber risk management in contracts.
• Oversee contract lifecycle, SLAs, and renewal terms.
• Advise IT and business leaders on commercial strategy and risk.
• Mentor junior category managers and procurement staff.
• Collaborate with Legal, Security, Finance for compliant outcomes.
• Produce executive spend dashboards and market trend insights.
