Eraneos Group AG in Spain is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to lead complex, high-impact IT initiatives in international industrial and manufacturing environments.

You will own end-to-end delivery, manage scope, budget, timeline, governance, and cross-functional teams, including offshore vendors, with a consulting mindset. English fluency is required.

Formación

• 10+ years of IT project management experience with end-to-end delivery ownership
• Client-facing consulting background with exposure to consulting environments
• Industrial/manufacturing domain experience
• Experience leading application/system integration projects
• Strong governance, RAID, and budget management skills
• Proven ability to work with international and distributed/offshore teams
• Fluent in English (C2) written and spoken

The Opportunity

We are looking for a Senior IT Project Manager to lead complex, high-impact IT initiatives in international industrial and manufacturing environments.

You will take end-to-end ownership of projects, working across business, IT, vendors and international teams to turn complex initiatives into structured, successful delivery.

This is a hands-on Project Management role for someone who combines strong delivery discipline with a consulting mindset: comfortable driving decisions, engaging senior stakeholders and bringing clarity to complex environments.

What You Will Do

• Lead IT projects end-to-end, from initiation and planning through deployment, transition to BAU and closure

• Own scope, budget, timeline, quality, risks, dependencies and delivery outcomes

• Establish effective project governance, including planning, financial tracking, RAID and management reporting

• Lead application and system integration initiatives, including testing, deployment and operational handover

• Anticipate issues, manage escalations and drive decisions with clear options and recommendations

• Lead cross-functional and distributed/offshore teams and vendors, working effectively across cultures and geographies

• Work closely with senior business and IT stakeholders, facilitating workshops and providing clear, decision-oriented communication

What Success Looks Like

• You bring structure and momentum to complex IT delivery. Projects are under control, risks and dependencies are visible, decisions happen at the right time, and teams and vendors have clear accountability.

• Just as importantly, you are comfortable operating as a trusted counterpart to senior stakeholders, combining strong IT Project Management with consulting capability and industrial understanding.

What We Are Looking For

• 10+ years of relevant IT Project Management experience, with proven end-to-end delivery ownership

• Strong consulting background with client-facing experience, with recent exposure to consulting environments

• Strong experience in industrial/manufacturing environments

• Project Management experience involving application/system integration

• Proven ownership of scope, budget, timeline, governance, RAID and escalations

• Experience with SAP/S4HANA, MES, PLM, CRM or other manufacturing applications

• Experience leading international and distributed/offshore teams

• Strong practical knowledge of structured PM methodologies such as PMI, PRINCE2, Agile or hybrid approaches

• Confidence in working directly with clients and senior stakeholders

• Excellent structured communication, synthesis and active listening

• Full professional fluency in English (C2 level), both written and verbal

Nice to Have

• Shop floor or production IT experience

• Experience with ServiceNow, Microsoft Project or Azure DevOps

• PMP, PRINCE2 or comparable Project Management certification

• Experience with pilots, PoCs or AI-related initiatives
