Eraneos Iberia is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to lead complex, high-impact IT initiatives in international industrial and manufacturing environments. You will take end-to-end ownership of projects, coordinating across business, IT, vendors and global teams to deliver structured outcomes.

Formación

• 10+ years of IT project management experience.
• Strong consulting background with client-facing work.
• Extensive experience in industrial/manufacturing environments.
• Proven ownership of scope, budget, timeline, governance, RAID and escalations.
• Experience with SAP/S4HANA, MES, PLM, CRM or other manufacturing applications.
• Experience leading international and distributed/offshore teams.
• Proficiency with PMI, PRINCE2 or Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsabilidades

• Lead IT projects end-to-end from initiation to closure.
• Own scope, budget, timeline, quality, risks and delivery outcomes.
• Establish project governance including planning, RAID and reporting.
• Lead application and system integration initiatives with testing and handover.
• Anticipate issues, manage escalations and present clear options.
• Coordinate cross-functional and offshore teams across cultures and geographies.
• Facilitate workshops with senior stakeholders and communicate decisions clearly.
