HCLTech is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead Workplace & Collaboration initiatives from its Barcelona hub. The role is hybrid, combining onsite and remote work across global teams to drive cloud adoption, service modernization, and enterprise collaboration platforms.

You will manage governance, budgets, risks, and timelines, while guiding multi-disciplinary teams and stakeholders to deliver tangible benefits and sustained value.

Formación

• 10-15+ years of IT program, project or portfolio delivery experience, including leadership of complex technology programs in international organizations.
• Proven experience with Workplace & Collaboration technologies and digital workplace transformation.
• Strong governance, stakeholder management, planning, risk, quality, procurement and benefits realization knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Workplace & Collaboration programs.
• Drive digital workplace transformation including cloud adoption and platform improvements.
• Manage program governance, planning, budgets, resources, risks, dependencies and timelines.
• Engage and influence stakeholders at all levels for alignment and outcomes.
• Coordinate cross-functional and international teams in a matrix environment.
• Monitor program performance, benefits realization, financials, and delivery quality.
• Manage vendor relationships and support procurement activities where required.
• Ensure smooth transition of solutions into operations and long-term value realization.
• Maintain clear documentation, reporting, and governance standards.
