HCLTech busca un Project Manager senior para fortalecer la gestión de programas en España. Liderarás planificaciones SAFe PI, seguimiento de sprint y gobernanza de RAIDs, coordinando recursos y proveedores para entregar iniciativas en entornos SFDC y ecosistema de partners.

Se requiere experiencia en gestión de proyectos, comunicación ejecutiva y capacidad de trabajar bajo presión, con foco en resultados y mejoras continuas del PMO.

Formación

• 7+ años de gestión de proyectos / entrega en entornos SFDC + ecosistema de partners
• Experiencia en dominio de ventas y compensación, facturación de canal minorista
• Experiencia práctica con planificación SAFe PI y ceremonias ágiles
• Disciplina RAID: riesgo, mitigación, planificación, escalamiento
• Familiaridad con Jira, Confluence, Test Rail, MS Project u herramientas de dashboarding equivalentes
• Comunicación ejecutiva y escritura de estado de proyectos concisa y bajo presión

Responsabilidades

• Propietario de hitos, dependencias críticas y ruta crítica en WXP + Sales Comp + RIS
• Llevar la planificación PI, sprint, track y preparación de lanzamiento
• Mantener registro RAID para gestionar riesgos e issues con responsables
• Coordinar entrega cofinanciada LCS para RIS, alinear alcance y hitos
• Gestión de proveedores y recursos CW, onboarding/offboarding y cumplimiento
• Informar estado semanal al Program Manager y al liderazgo y gobiernos de partners
• Gestionar costos de entrega, seguimiento de esfuerzo, burn-down y cambios en alcance
• Impulsar mejora continua en PMO, alineación SPM y adopción de Jira

Our goal is to strengthen the brand in Spain. We are looking for an expert to work as Project Manager! What do you need to fulfill this job?

• Own the WXP + Sales Comp + RIS delivery plan milestones dependencies critical path across concurrent initiatives
• Run PI planning support sprint tracking release readiness MTP / Gold TXN / Hypercare cadence
• Maintain the RAID log surface risks and issues early drive mitigation with cross-functional owners
• Coordinate LCS co-funded delivery for RIS align on scope milestones joint governance
• Manage vendor and CW resourcing on assigned initiatives onboarding offboarding SOX / compliance alignment
• Report status weekly to Program Manager monthly to leadership monthly to Partner Program Governance
• Own the delivery cost view effort tracking burn-down scope-change control impact assessments
• Drive continuous improvement across the PMO practice SPM alignment Jira hygiene Test Rail adoption

Required Experience & Skills

• 7+ years Project / Delivery Management in SFDC + Partner ecosystem environments
• Domain exposure to Sales Compensation Partner Monthly Billing Retail channel enablement
• Deep hands-on with SAFe PI planning Agile ceremonies quarterly cadence delivery
• Strong RAID discipline risk quantification mitigation planning escalation judgment
• Comfortable with Jira Confluence Test Rail MS Project or equivalent dashboarding tools
• Executive communication concise status writing calm under pressure outcome-focused

Nice to Have

• HP or Fortune 100 tech industry experience in Partner Programs
• PMP Prince2 SAFe RTE / SPC certification SFDC delivery certs
• Familiarity with vendor management SOW governance CW / AC contracting multi-party governance
