InnoIT Consulting in Barcelona is seeking an experienced Workplace AI & End Users Services Project Manager to join a hybrid team based in Barcelona (2-3 days in office). You will drive multiple IT/workplace transformations in a global, matrix organization, coordinating cross-functional teams across AXA entities and guiding adoption of digital initiatives for hundreds of users.

You will lead governance, reporting, and change management while aligning with Agile and DevOps practices.

Formación

• 8+ years of proven project/program management experience in Workplace and End Users Services, with international scope.
• Ability to drive governance frameworks across a matrix organization and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across geographies, cultures and hierarchies.

Responsabilidades

• Lead 2+ concurrent IT/Workplace projects to successful delivery across international stakeholders.
• Coordinate products, working groups, business functions and ensure accountability across matrix structures.
• Define and monitor scope, cost, timeline, and quality; identify dependencies and manage risks.
