Cellnex Telecom seeks an IT Product Owner for Sales & Business Support Applications to bridge business stakeholders and IT, translating needs into scalable technology solutions. You’ll manage lifecycle from demand to hypercare, collaborate with international teams, and ensure governance adherence.

The role offers a hybrid work model and working with external providers to deliver a high-value application portfolio across multiple countries.

Qualifications

• University degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science or another relevant technical discipline.
• A degree in Business Administration, Management or related business discipline may be considered with IT experience.
• Postgraduate studies or certifications in Project Management, PMP, ITIL, IT Service Management or MBA will be valuable.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end delivery of IT initiatives from demand to go-live and hypercare.
• Manage demand intake, prioritisation and backlog with business stakeholders and IT teams.
• Own operation and evolution of applications: maintenance, incident management and continuous improvement.
• Govern external providers for design, development, configuration and support with SLA compliance.
• Track risks and improvement actions across the portfolio and escalate when needed.
