DayOne is seeking a Senior IT Engineer (Server) to deploy, operate, and continuously improve enterprise network, server, and data center infrastructure across global markets. You will provide Level2 support and lead infrastructure implementations in collaboration with internal teams and vendors.

The role requires hands-on expertise in virtualization, operating systems, and data center operations, with strong stakeholder communication and a focus on reliability, security, and scalability.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of experience managing and supporting medium-to-large enterprise network/server environments.
• Experience with VMware vCenter/ESXi, Hyper-V, and KVM/AHV virtualization.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; strong communication with stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end delivery of data center and IT infrastructure projects (planning, design, implementation, testing, transition to operations).
• Provide Level2 network and server support, troubleshoot incidents, and ensure performance and reliability.
• Maintain infrastructure documentation, runbooks, and standard practices; support automation and monitoring initiatives.
• Participate in disaster recovery testing and business continuity activities.
