DayOne seeks an experienced ELV Design Manager to lead the low-voltage design of mission-critical data center projects across Europe. You will oversee ICT infrastructure, structured cabling, fiber networks, security systems, and BMS/BA interfaces while coordinating with internal teams, consultants, contractors, vendors, and authorities.

Formación

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, ICT Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field; Master’s degree a plus.
• Experience: 8–10 years in ELV/ICT/security/BMS/low-voltage infrastructure design for data centers or similar environments.
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of ELV systems including structured cabling, fiber, ICT infrastructure, security systems, BMS/BA interfaces, and related building tech.
• Certifications: PE, Chartered Engineer, BICSI, RCDD or equivalent preferred.
• Knowledge: Familiar with ELV/ICT/security/BMS standards, local regs, authority requirements, and end-user needs.
• Design Management: Experience coordinating complex design workstreams with consultants, contractors, vendors, internal teams.
• Communication: Excellent English; a second European language preferred.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills for risk identification and issue resolution.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage the ELV design process for data center projects across Europe.
• Oversee connectivity infrastructure, cabling, racks, pathways, and patching coordination.
• Design coordination for security systems including access control and CCTV.
• Coordinate ELV interfaces with electrical, mechanical, architectural and IT teams.
• Provide technical leadership to ensure reliable, scalable ELV solutions.
• Review drawings, schematics, and documentation for accuracy and constructability.
• Ensure compliance with DayOne standards, industry norms, and regulations.
• Coordinate with vendors on equipment reviews and lifecycle expectations.
• Identify risks and resolve design coordination issues throughout project phases.
• Support commissioning, handover, and as-built documentation for ELV/ICT/security systems.
