Catenon is seeking a Senior International Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for a space-sector client within an RPO model, based in Madrid. Direct search and headhunting are central to this role, with emphasis on identifying passive candidates for highly specialised positions in both ground and space segments.

The successful candidate will recruit across international markets, engage top talent, and advise hiring managers on capability and fit, while maintaining strong relationships

Formación

• 3–5+ years of technical recruitment experience, with a proven track record of filling hard-to-hire roles through direct search and headhunting.
• Experience recruiting within the space sector, covering both ground and space segments, and the ability to discuss requirements with hiring managers.
• Strong command of LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, talent mapping and passive-candidate engagement.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle autonomously, from technical briefings and search strategy to interviews, offer management and acceptance.
• Execute targeted searches through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, market mapping, referrals and industry networks, building international talent pipelines.
• Engage passive candidates through personalised outreach and consistent follow-up, understanding their motivations and maintaining their interest.
• Recruit engineering and programme professionals across ground and space segments, conducting assessments in English and Spanish.
• Act as the client’s main recruitment contact, advising hiring managers on talent availability, search challenges and candidate suitability.
• Maintain accurate pipeline reporting and deliver against agreed recruitment objectives and KPIs.
