Job summary

Tenth Revolution Group in Barcelona is seeking a Business Developer & IT Recruitment Consultant (Dutch Speaking). You build your own client portfolio and own every deal from prospecting to closing.

Work across IT talent and client needs, with an uncapped monthly commission and a comprehensive training program. This on-site role offers a permanent contract and a January 2027 start date in Barcelona.

Qualifications

• 1 to 4 years of sales experience (business development, account management, SaaS, consulting, real estate, inside sales…).
• Enjoy prospecting and rejection doesn’t slow you down.
• Know how to negotiate and manage several stakeholders at once.
• Interested in the tech sector (no technical skills required).
• No recruitment experience is needed: we train you.

Business Developer & IT Recruitment Consultant, Dutch Speaking (m/f/d) - Barcelona

You already know how to sell. Here, you build your own business: you sell tech talent to companies that need it and own every deal end to end, from prospecting to closing.

THE ESSENTIALS

• Barcelona, on-site, with 10 “Work From Anywhere” days per year
• Permanent contract under Spanish law (valid right to work in Spain required, no visa sponsorship available)
• Start date: January 2027
• Fluent Dutch and English C1 minimum
• €25,000 gross/year base salary + uncapped monthly commission.

THE ROLE

Business development: you grow your own client portfolio

• Prospect new companies by phone, email and networking
• Identify decision-makers and create new opportunities
• Develop and retain your client portfolio
• Negotiate commercial terms and close your deals

Recruitment: you turn opportunities into placements

• Identify and approach IT talent (Cloud, Data, Dev, CRM, SAP…)
• Assess candidates’ skills and motivations in interviews
• Match your clients’ needs with the right profiles
• Negotiate salaries and contracts, and guide clients and candidates through to placement

What makes it different from a classic sales role

You don’t sell a standardised product: every closing depends on your ability to align clients and candidates. You work across the Microsoft, AWS and Salesforce ecosystems, in an international team based in our European hub in Barcelona.

Salary expectation

Recruitment Consultant with €25,000 base salary and estimated first-year total compensation: €25,000–€40,000. Uncapped commission structure — earnings can exceed the estimated range depending on individual performance.
