Snowrelic Inc is seeking a Solution Architect to work remotely, preferably with candidates from Europe. This role involves leading solution design and architecture across Data, AI, and enterprise applications.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Solution Architecture, specifically around finance and HR applications, coupled with excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders.

Formación

• Strong Solution Architecture experience with exposure to Data Platforms, Analytics, and AI/ML solutions.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in cloud platforms specifically within Finance, Payroll, and HR applications.
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead solution design and architecture initiatives across Data, AI, and enterprise applications.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
• Provide leadership in defining best practices and architectural standards.

Conocimientos

Strong Solution Architecture experience with Data Platforms

7 - 12 years in cloud platforms for Finance, Payroll, HR

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP

Strong leadership and problem-solving capabilities
