ElevenLabs is hiring a Deployment Strategist to join a fast‑growing, global team. You will work with Forward Deployed Engineers, Go‑to‑Market professionals and Product Engineers to deploy ElevenAgents for enterprise customers and to drive impactful AI transformations.

You will own end‑to‑end deals, deeply understand customer workflows, and guide best practices for production deployments across industries. A strong track record in complex, cross‑functional programs is essential.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience working with customers in a technical capacity, preferably enterprise.
• Experience in product development, delivery, and change management.
• Commercial instinct: comfortable structuring value propositions and navigating enterprise sales cycles.

Responsabilidades

• Meet with strategic customers to understand AI transformation goals and identify pain points.
• Own flagship deals end-to-end—from use case to terms and closing.
• Embed with strategic customers and deliver outcomes as part of their team.
• Identify high-impact use cases and collaborate with Forward Deployed Software Engineers.
• Guide customers on best practices for deploying our AI products and achieve adoption.
• Scope new industries and expand AI solutions globally.
• Present results and proposals to diverse audiences, including executives.
• Collaborate with Research to feed field insights back into the platform.
