Sardine is seeking a highly technical Integration Leader to guide our onboarding and client integrations. You’ll own end-to-end implementations, work across APIs, webhooks, data mapping, and event-driven workflows, and partner with customers and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable experiences.

The role suits hands-on engineers who can mentor a team, drive timelines, and translate business needs into robust technical solutions while shaping the future of our platform.

Formación

• 7+ years hands-on experience in implementation/engineering roles across multiple technical teams
• 3+ years in B2B SaaS, payment, fraud, risk, or compliance domains
• Excellent written and verbal communication, capable of explaining complex concepts to varied audiences
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables
• Experience with SQL querying and JSON payload analysis
• Experience with API specs such as OpenAPI, web development, and scripting for internal tools

Responsabilidades

• Lead and grow a high-performing integration team focused on onboarding and scalable solutions
• Provide end-to-end client onboarding support and ensure successful deployments
• Own APIs, SDK docs, integration guides, and support materials
• Analyze client requirements from technical and functional perspectives and design solutions
• Manage project quality, timelines, risk, and delivery of outcomes
• Develop deep understanding of customer business problems and map to Sardine technologies
• Provide product feedback to internal stakeholders from field experience
