We're looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to join our People team and play a key role in one of our most dynamic business units. This is not your typical HRBP role --- you'll work with high-performing, fast-moving teams, providing strategic and operational support to ensure both people and business goals are met with excellence.
As HRBP at Fever, you'll work hand-in-hand with senior leaders to shape team culture, boost performance, and strengthen engagement. You'll own critical people processes and act as a trusted advisor to managers who expect partnership at a high level. This role is part of a strategic team supporting a high-impact area of the business, so we're looking for someone experienced, sharp, and ready to hit the ground running.
