Fever is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People Operations team in Madrid. You will partner with hiring managers across the globe to support recruitment efforts and contribute to Fever's talent strategy.

The role requires 3+ years of experience, fluency in English and Spanish, and experience with ATS tools (Greenhouse is a plus). Fever offers a hybrid work model, health insurance, and great growth opportunities.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition.
• Fluency in English and Spanish (C1 or native).
• Experience with ATS systems (Greenhouse a plus).
• Strong networking and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and source high‑quality candidates through multiple channels.
• Manage the full‑cycle recruitment process: creating job ads, screening applications, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring teams.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define and optimize the recruitment process.
• Provide a world‑class candidate experience and timely feedback to applicants.
• Attend virtual job fairs and e‑meetups to spread Fever’s message.
• Maintain and grow the existing candidate pipeline for future opportunities.
