Qualifications

• 6+ years as HRBP or in a senior People role.
• Fluent in English (C1 level or above).
• Degree in HR, Law, Psychology, Business, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead performance management cycles and calibrations.
• Advance engagement, culture, and organizational development initiatives.
• Advise senior managers on leadership, team structure and change.
