Job summary

Teva is seeking an experienced Senior Director, Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support Global Quality and Global Strategy. This role partners with executive leadership to shape people strategies that enable performance, effectiveness, and growth across a complex global network.

You will drive organization design, transformation, succession, and leadership development while aligning workforce planning with strategic priorities.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive HR experience, including HRBP to senior executives.
• Experience supporting Quality, Regulatory, Manufacturing, Strategy, or Transformation organizations is preferred.
• Experience in global, matrixed environments with executive influence.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to Global Quality and Global Strategy leaders.
• Align people priorities with business objectives and workforce decisions.
• Lead organization design, transformation initiatives, and change programs.
• Develop talent strategies, succession planning, and leadership development.
• Leverage workforce data to guide decisions and measure organizational health.
