Job summary

Teva is seeking a Senior Director, HRBP to support Global Quality and Global Strategy. You will act as a strategic advisor to the Global Head of Quality and the Head of Strategy, shaping people strategies that enable performance and growth.

You will lead transformation initiatives, build leadership capabilities, and partner with executive teams to drive change, inclusion, and organizational effectiveness across a complex global organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• 12+ years of progressive HR experience with significant HRBP exposure to senior executives.
• Experience supporting global, matrixed organizations in regulated industries (pharma/biotech).
• Expertise in organization design, workforce planning, succession management, and change initiatives.
• Strong business and financial acumen; ability to connect people strategy to business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor and thought partner to senior executives within Global Quality and Global Strategy.
• Align people priorities with business objectives to support enterprise goals.
• Lead organizational design and transformation initiatives for leadership alignment and change readiness.
• Provide executive coaching and leadership development to strengthen impact and succession readiness.
• Drive integrated talent management, succession planning, and leadership assessment.
