Teva is seeking a seasoned HR business partner to partner with senior leaders in Global Quality and Global Strategy, driving aligning people priorities with business goals and leading major transformation programs.

You will guide executive coaching, talent processes, and leadership development while championing a culture of change and collaboration across a global matrix organization.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 12+ years HR experience with senior-executive HRBP experience.
• Experience in Quality, Regulatory, Compliance, Manufacturing, Strategy, or Transformation contexts is preferred.
• Global experience in complex matrix organizations and a track record of organizational design and change initiatives.

• Strategic Business Partnership: Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders within Global Quality and Global Strategy, aligning people priorities with business objectives.
• Organization Design & Transformation: Lead major transformation initiatives, including operating model evolution and change programs to improve effectiveness and agility.
• Talent, Succession & Leadership: Provide executive coaching, drive talent processes, and build pipelines for critical roles.
• Culture & Change Leadership: Champion Teva culture, lead engagement strategies, and enable leaders to navigate ambiguity and transformation.
• Employee Relations & Risk Management: Guide on complex employee relations matters and governance.
• Data & Insights: Use external market insights and data-driven metrics to guide leadership decisions and measure organizational effectiveness.

Your Skills and Experience

Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred. 12+ years HR experience with senior-executive HRBP experience. Experience in Quality, Regulatory, Compliance, Manufacturing, Strategy, or Transformation contexts is preferred. Global experience in complex matrix organizations and a track record of organizational design and change initiatives.

Excellent business acumen, executive presence, and the ability to influence at the highest levels. Strong analytical capability and data-driven decision making. Previous experience in regulated industries (pharma, biotech, healthcare, life sciences) is valued.
