The ideal candidate brings 12+ years HR experience, executive presence, and a track record of leading design, succession, and change in highly regulated environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• 12+ years of progressive HR experience with senior-level HRBP exposure.
• Experience supporting Quality, Regulatory, Manufacturing, Strategy, or Transformation.
• Proven ability to influence executives and navigate complex stakeholder environments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives within Global Quality and Global Strategy.
• Lead organization design, workforce planning, succession, and change initiatives.
• Build robust talent pipelines for technical, scientific, quality, and strategic leadership roles.
• Translate business strategy into people strategies and drive data-driven decisions.
