Formación

• Опыт ведения общих ledger функций и закрытия месяцев/годов.
• Сильные знания GAAP/IFRS.
• Свободное владение английским языком, письменная и устная коммуникация.
• Уверенный уровень Excel/Google Sheets.

Responsabilidades

• Контроль процесса закрытия месяца по нескольким юрлицам (Испания, Италия, Португалия, Польша).
• Обеспечение точности финансовой отчетности и своевременности ее публикации.
• Руководство командой из 4–6 бухгалтеров.
• Обеспечение соблюдения налогового законодательства и внешних аудитов.
• Утверждение месячных сверок баланса и P&L.
• Внедрение улучшений процессов и участие в ERP-проектах.

Glovo is part of the Delivery Hero Group, a local delivery platform that provides fast, convenient delivery services to customers worldwide. The group operates in around 65 countries and is headquartered in Berlin, Germany.

• Supervise the month-end closing process for the Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, and Polish legal entities
• Ensure accurate and timely Financial Statements and Reports
• Lead a team of 4-6 accountants from local and international markets
• Ensure financial audits are submitted on time and collaborate with external auditors
• Review and approve monthly reconciliations for BS and P&L
• Ensure compliance with local tax legislation and requirements
• Ensure accounting and financial Policies and Procedures comply with prevailing legislation
• Map process improvements and collaborate with the Accounting PMO on planning, execution, and implementation
• Participate in local ERP implementations and other finance projects
• Prepare ad hoc analyses explaining P&L deviations from the Business Plan
• Adapt to changes in company policy, tax regulations, and legislation

Требования:

• Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field
• 8+ Years of applicable Accounting experience in multinational companies
• Experience in people management positions
• Experience with general ledger functions and month-end/year-end closing processes
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
• Good understanding and experience of GAAP/IFRS
• Fluent English with clear and effective written and oral communication
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheet
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Nice to have: experience with SAP S4/HANA and OneStream, ERP migration experience, Project Management experience
