Job summary

Ethos is seeking a GTM operations professional to join a fully remote, flexible engagement. The role focuses on training AI models to handle professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks, with emphasis on CRM and revenue operations, field-mapping, and lead-routing logic.

You will own and refine workflow schemas, support deduplication rulesets, and produce dashboards that leadership relies on for pipeline hygiene and growth strategy.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in revenue operations or CRM operations with hands-on ownership of field-mapping schemas, lead-routing logic, and deduplication rulesets.
• Experience auditing pipeline hygiene and building funnel conversion dashboards used by sales and marketing leadership.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks.

About This Opportunity

We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced gtm operations managers who can help train their latest language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide deck tasks.

We're looking for gtm operations managers with 5+ years in revenue operations, GTM operations, or CRM data operations to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows: crm field-mapping schemas, lead-routing logic documents, territory carve models, pipeline hygiene audits, funnel conversion dashboards, and deduplication rulesets.

Compensation: $100/hour

Commitment: Flexible, 5-20 hours per week (or more if desired)

Location: Fully remote, work on your own schedule

Start date: ASAP
