Nobel Recruitment is seeking a Head of Growth to join a founder-led, growth-focused business delivering a premier learning platform for mental health professionals across Europe. You will own marketing and sales, shape expansion into new markets, and build the end-to-end funnel from campaigns to demos and subscriptions.

You will define growth plans for individual practitioners and organisations, set up metrics, and execute hands-on growth.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English; Dutch and German are a plus.
• Proven track record of scaling a business from smaller to larger with quantifiable results.
• Background in subscription, content, e-learning, online platforms or health-tech businesses.
• Experience in paid acquisition, funnel optimisation and conversion.

Responsabilités

• Own marketing and sales strategy and build the full funnel from campaigns to demos and subscriptions.
• Define country-by-country growth strategy and scale both individual professionals and organisational licences.
• Set up metrics to guide decisions and drive international expansion.
• Collaborate closely with the founder as the commercial counterpart and implement growth plans.
