Job summary

Adwake, powered by Entravision, seeks a Senior Business Development Representative in Barcelona. This hunter role targets top-tier mobile app companies, building relationships with growth and UA leaders to close strategic deals.

You’ll own your pipeline with autonomy, backed by a global company, and drive growth through outbound prospecting, consultative selling, and effective negotiations. Fluency in English is required; other languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B sales or business development in digital advertising or ad tech.
• Proven record of meeting or exceeding revenue quotas with self-sourced deals.
• Established network of decision-makers at mobile app companies (Heads of UA, Growth, Performance Marketing).
• Strong knowledge of CPI, CPA, ROAS, LTV and retention metrics; familiarity with MMPs and DSPs.

Responsibilities

• Identify and win new clients among top-tier mobile apps.
• Outbound prospecting via multi-channel outreach to growth/UA leaders.
• Drive deals from first contact to signed contract.
• Represent Adwake at industry events to build network and opportunities.
