HappyRobot Inc. is seeking a Growth Engineer to own the full lifecycle of our digital presence. You will migrate our marketing site to a fast, self-hosted Next.js/Vercel backend and craft high-value VIP landing experiences.

You’ll implement in-platform tracking and unify data with Salesforce, enabling clear visibility for sales. You will build a scalable growth experimentation infrastructure and run server-side A/B tests to optimize conversions for enterprise demos.

Formación

• Strong track record building end-to-end frontend and infrastructure from scratch.
• Deep technical mastery of React, Next.js, TypeScript and Node.js.
• Experience with headless CMS platforms (Payload CMS, Strapi).
• Familiarity hosting applications on Vercel and edge computing.
• Advanced knowledge of event tracking architectures (PostHog, Mixpanel, Segment).
• Experience moving data into Salesforce CRM is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Migrate marketing site from Webflow to self-hosted Next.js/Vercel.
• Architect dynamic landing page templates for VIP accounts.
• Implement in-platform tracking for sales visibility and analytics.
• Pipe event data to Salesforce and optimize API payloads.
• Build and maintain growth experimentation infrastructure.
• Design, launch and analyze server-side A/B tests.
