Job summary

Moniepoint Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager to own the end-to-end Google performance channel for personal and business banking products. You will design campaign architecture, set bidding and budgets, and lead the measurement stack (Firebase, GA4, GTM, conversions) to maximise growth.

The role requires deep experience with Google acquisition, strong systems-thinking, and the ability to balance strategy with execution across emerging markets and fintech contexts.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on paid acquisition experience, with Google UAC / App Campaigns at meaningful scale.
• Deep technical knowledge of Google's campaign infrastructure: bidding, audiences, creative specs, Smart Bidding.
• Proven ability to architect and own the full measurement stack: Firebase, GA4, GTM, Conversion APIs.
• Fluency in LTV/CAC modelling and using it for budgeting and bidding decisions.

Responsibilities

• Design and own the Google channel strategy across UAC, App Campaigns, Performance Max, and Search for personal and business banking acquisition.
• Build campaign structures optimized for dual-product funnels; separate signals, audiences, and bidding logic across segments.
• Set bidding strategies, budgets, and testing cycles to reduce dependence on any single signal or format.
• Own end-to-end campaign performance from brief through launch to optimization and reporting.
• Architect and own the measurement stack: Firebase/GA4 event taxonomy, GTM config, and server-side conversions.
• Lead attribution decisions across last-click, data-driven, and custom models with clear reasoning.
• Partner with engineering and data teams to ensure accurate, timely event data and surface gaps before decisions.
• Develop LTV/CAC payback models accounting for irregular income and longer monetisation timelines.
• Build governance and reporting cadence with clear owners and actionable insights for senior stakeholders.
