Job summary

AgileEngine is hiring a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist to lead performance marketing for our US Client Market. Core focus on Google Ads, with expansion into AI/ML-based channels and other paid channels. You will mentor a PPC specialist and help grow into a broader Performance Marketing Lead role.

You’ll collaborate with Content, SEO, Analytics and Marketing Operations, using GA4 and CRM data to optimize the full B2B funnel and contribute to forecasting and strategy.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in PPC / Performance Marketing.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads.
• Hands-on experience with the US B2B market is required.
• Experience managing campaigns independently and with meaningful budgets.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing, conversion tracking, attribution and funnel analytics.
• Experience with GA4 and CRM data is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to turn data into actions.
• Ability to explain what happened, why, and what to do next.
• Experience with testing and performance optimization.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, independent, and curious about new channels and technologies.
• Experience mentoring other marketers or interest in people management.
• Upper-intermediate English level.
• Ukrainian C2 level.

Responsibilities

• Own performance marketing for our US B2B market, focusing on generating high-quality leads and contributing to the sales pipeline.
• Own and optimize Google Ads and other paid acquisition channels.
• Manage and develop acquisition through Clutch, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms.
• Plan campaigns, budgets, targeting, testing, and optimization.
• Monitor performance, lead quality, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution.
• Analyze the full B2B funnel from traffic and leads to opportunities and clients.
• Work with GA4, CRM data, dashboards, and campaign data to identify growth opportunities.
• Build hypotheses, run experiments, analyze results, and scale what works.
• Collaborate with Content, SEO, Analytics and Marketing Operations.
• Explore new channels and AI/LLM-based advertising; trial new platforms like ChatGPT.
• Contribute to performance strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Mentor and manage a PPC specialist and support their development.
• Help build scalable performance marketing processes and best practices.
