Job summary

Amazon Inc. is seeking a Sr. Training Ops Specialist in AWS Training & Certification to manage day‑to‑day training operations across EMEA. You will handle contracting, trainer resourcing, LMS setup, billing, and cross‑functional coordination with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Delivery teams.

The role requires strong English and Spanish communication, vendor management experience, and a drive to improve efficiency and scale delivery in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a team coordination position.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Spanish.
• Experience in following legal and finance processes related to vendor engagements, such as contract and NDA issuance and signature, PO management, invoicing and billing.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate the full lifecycle of virtual and in‑person training deliveries across EMEA, including contracting, trainer resourcing, LMS setup, and billing.
• Coordinate digital team subscriptions for timely customer provisioning and access to AWS Skill Builder.
• Assign trainers to match customer needs and maximize regional utilization.
• Manage trainer schedules, shifts, and availability in LMS; support rescheduling as needed.
• Monitor hotline channels, assess options, and advise on changes to minimize disruption to delivery and customers.
• Ensure data accuracy across LMS, Salesforce, and related tools for reliable billing metrics.
• Oversee end‑of‑month training delivery billing and support Accounts Payable/Receivable processes.
