AWS EMEA SARL (Spain Branch) is seeking a skilled Training Delivery Coordinator to orchestrate the full lifecycle of training across EMEA, coordinating contracting, trainer resourcing, LMS setup, and billing. Strong English and Spanish communication, plus vendor management experience, are essential.

You will manage trainer scheduling, ensure data accuracy in LMS and Salesforce, and support billing processes while driving scalable improvements in a fast-paced, multinational tech environment.

Formación

• Minimum five years of experience in a team coordination position.
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Experience with vendor engagements, contracts, NDAs, PO management, invoicing and billing.

Responsabilidades

• Orchestrate the full lifecycle of virtual and in-person training deliveries across EMEA, including contracting, trainer resourcing, LMS setup, and billing.
• Process digital team subscriptions and provisioning for AWS Skill Builder.
• Evaluate training requests and assign trainers to maximize utilization.
• Support trainer scheduling, rescheduling, and time-block management in LMS.
• Monitor internal channels and provide actionable recommendations to minimize disruption.
• Ensure data accuracy across LMS, Salesforce and reporting dashboards for reliable metrics.
• Manage end-of-month training delivery billing and support AP/AR functions.
• Identify and implement programs to improve operational workflows with minimal guidance.
• Maintain knowledge of key programs and tools (SharePoint, LMS, Salesforce) and promote process improvements.
