HSP Group is seeking a Senior Global Service Associate for Legal Entity Management. This remote role coordinates delivery across a network of Local Service Partners and clients, ensuring BAU services are delivered accurately and on time.

Success comes from building strong client relationships, navigating cross-cultural contexts, and coordinating with GSDs, LSPs, and internal teams to provide compliant, high-quality service.

Formación

• 5+ years in legal entity management or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of local laws and regulations for legal entity management.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated with attention to confidentiality and discretion.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely delivery of services.
• Maintain accurate records of client information and documentation.
• Monitor and manage regulatory and compliance requirements for clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external providers to ensure timely delivery.
• Develop and maintain client relationships to understand needs and provide solutions.
• Provide guidance on best practices for legal entity management.
• Support development and implementation of new services and processes.
