Zusammenfassung

WPP Production is seeking a seasoned Production Lead to steer complex multi-market content projects from brief to delivery. You will be the primary day-to-day contact for clients, agencies and internal teams, translating concepts into practical production plans, scopes, timings and budgets.

You will manage multiple projects, defend estimates, track costs, and coordinate with external suppliers and studios to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Qualifikationen

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects from brief to delivery.
• Strong budgeting and cost-tracking experience.
• Excellent communication with clients and internal teams.

Aufgaben

• Lead projects from briefing through production, post-production and delivery.
• Serve as main day-to-day production contact for clients and agencies.
• Translate concepts into production plans, scopes, timings and budgets.
• Manage multiple projects, ensuring deliverables, budgets and deadlines.
• Prepare and defend project estimates and budgets; track costs end-to-end.
• Coordinate with external suppliers and studios.
• Oversee audiovisual, photography, digital and content productions.
• Maintain clear communication on status, risks and next steps.
• Coordinate with international teams for global projects.
• Handle project financial administration including POs and billing.
