Job summary

TheSoul Group is seeking experienced Creative Producers to lead external client content production from brief to delivery. You will collaborate with clients to understand objectives, brand guidelines, and audience needs, translating them into actionable briefs and production plans for creative teams.

You will manage end-to-end production: video, static, and social media content, ensuring quality, timely delivery, and alignment with client expectations across multiple formats and platforms.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in creative production for external clients as a Producer.
• Hands-on video production experience (filming, editing, motion design or related).
• 2+ years of experience leading creative teams and scaling output.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end production of video, static, and other social media content for external clients.
• Work directly with clients to understand objectives, guidelines, and audience needs.
• Translate client requirements into clear briefs and production plans.
• Guide designers, editors, and production staff throughout the process.
• Develop concepts that align with brand and social media goals.
• Oversee quality control to meet client and internal standards.
• Track timelines, priorities, and resource allocation across projects.
