Job summary

WPP Production in Madrid is offering a part-time internship to learn the entire audiovisual production process, from pre- to post-production. You will coordinate projects with editors and teams, produce reports for the line manager, and assist with project development and deadline compliance.

Under supervision, you will help review budgets and timelines, participate in editing and post-production tasks, and learn to audit work according to client accounts and the creative team.

Qualifications

• Degree in Communications, Advertising and Public Relations, Audiovisual, or similar.
• Interest in postproduction or project management.
• Creative and audiovisual sensitivity.
• Understanding of the business of production companies.
• Interest in advertising law and compliance basics.

Responsibilities

Responsabilities

• Learn the entire audiovisual production process, from pre-production to production and post-production
• Coordinate audiovisual project with all the teams and editors profiles involved
• Elaborate reports for the line manager
• Regarding the development of the audiovisual projects
• Supervising of the compliance of deadlines
• Managing, under supervision, the project's requirements (reviewing budgets, timelines, and involved profiles)
• Overseeing, under guidance, the editing, assembly, and post-production of the production
• Learning to audit the work done based on the demands and adjustments provided by the accounts and creative team

Requirements

• Degree in Communications, Advertising and Public Relations, Audiovisual, or similar
• Interest in postproduction or project management
• Creative and Audiovisual Sensitivity (knowledge of visual architecture, design, etc.)
• Understanding the business of production companies
• Learning about advertising law
