Craft Worldwide in Madrid seeks a senior post-production leader to oversee creative and technical delivery of high‑impact audiovisual content for global brands. You will guide editors, colorists, motion designers, and VFX artists, ensuring brand consistency and excellence across campaigns.

You’ll drive AI-enabled workflows, mentor teams, and partner with production, strategy, and creative departments to deliver outstanding results for clients.

Formación

• Minimum of 10 years of senior-level experience in post-production.
• Proven track record leading creative direction across commercial, branded, and audiovisual content projects.
• Expertise in post-production workflows including editing, color grading, motion graphics, VFX, and sound design.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to guide diverse creative teams.
• Experience implementing or leveraging AI tools and technology platforms in post-production environments.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the creative vision and execution of post-production projects across advertising and audiovisual content.
• Provide creative leadership and direction to internal post teams, including editors, motion designers, colorists, and VFX artists.
• Oversee the full post-production workflow, ensuring creative consistency, technical excellence, and timely delivery.
• Integrate AI-driven technologies and innovative tools into post-production pipelines to elevate quality and efficiency.
• Work collaboratively with production, strategy, and creative departments to align postproduction output with broader campaign goals.
• Serve as a key client-facing representative during creative presentations, reviews, and approvals, ensuring the client’s vision is realized to the highest standards.
• Mentor and inspire multidisciplinary teams, promoting creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Manage a large post-production team, ensuring efficiency and high-quality output.
