The role acts as the operational backbone of shoots, ensuring projects are delivered on time and on brief, while keeping creative teams aligned and stakeholders informed in a fast-paced studio environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with multimedia content creation or project management.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional inputs, meeting deadlines, and managing priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to work on-site full-time in a studio environment.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end production management for photography, video and hybrid content from brief to delivery.
• Build production schedules, shot lists and resource plans across studio bays and stages.
• Coordinate internal and freelance talent including booking, briefing and on-set management.
• Manage production budgets, track spend and flag overruns early.
• Serve as main point of contact between creative teams, stakeholders and operations.
