Job summary

Aurora Live is seeking a Senior Event Content & Speaker Engagement Manager to curate thought-provoking experiences for our Aurora Live Business Network in Europe. You will identify speakers, shape topics, and coach presenters for high-profile IT, Digital, and Cybersecurity events.

You’ll collaborate with Delivery & Marketing to ensure content resonates with the target audience, delivering projects on time with high quality and measurable impact.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of experience in conference production, content curation, or B2B media.
• Proven track record in speaker acquisition targeting high-level decision makers.
• Demonstrated success in securing senior speakers (VP/C-level).
• Excellent written and verbal communication in German and English.
• Ability to manage multiple content projects with precision and pace.
• A genuine interest in business, technology, innovation, and strategic leadership topics.

Responsibilities

• Speaker Acquisition: identify and secure top-tier speakers for German flagship events and virtual content.
• Cultivating Strong Relationships: maintain relationships with high-profile speakers and align topics.
• Strategic Collaboration: work with Customer Delivery & Marketing to align themes and speaker preferences.
• Content & Speaker Collaboration: support speakers in preparation and crafting narratives.
