Aurora Live by Management Events is seeking a client-focused professional to serve as the primary contact for our valued customers, driving success through coaching and tailored event participation. You will nurture relationships, ensure satisfaction, and foster repeat business across our international events.

In this role, you’ll collaborate with the sales team to identify upsell opportunities, articulate our event value, and help solution providers optimize their participation to maximize lead

Qualifications

• Previous customer-facing roles in sales, account management, customer success or similar.
• Proven ability to build and nurture client relationships.
• Professional communication skills with a confident demeanor.
• Fluency in French and high proficiency in English.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary point of contact for customers and drive their success.
• Coach solution providers to maximize participation and lead generation at events.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify up-selling, cross-selling, and portfolio opportunities.
• Articulate the value of services and event concepts to clients.
• Manage time effectively to balance strategic goals with client needs.
• Maintain accuracy and efficiency in every customer interaction.
