Job summary

Voodoo is seeking a Senior Game Designer for Mob Control. You will own design and execution of new features, collaborate with a Product Director on strategy, and aim to elevate Mob Control to a top midcore title.

You will design core loops, meta systems, and monetization strategies while partnering with product managers, engineers, and artists across live operations and future updates.

Qualifications

• Experience in mobile midcore games (strategy, 4X or similar).
• Strong gameplay design, balancing and meta feature design.
• Ability to create clear, concise design documentation.

Responsibilities

• Design features and systems to drive engagement, social dynamics, and monetization.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers and artists to ship features.
