Voodoo is seeking a dedicated Game Designer for Paper Party within Paper.io 2. You will design and prototype new multiplayer modes, while refining existing ones and keeping the Paper universe consistent in rules and controls.

You will explore new objectives, pacing and team setups, iterating quickly from concept to playable prototype and collaborating with the Live Studios team to deliver engaging experiences for mobile users.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in mobile F2P games, designing new games, gameplay modes or prototypes from scratch.
• Experience shipping player-facing content, ideally in mobile games.
• Strong English communication and collaboration skills.
• Good sense of pacing, clarity and player motivation.

Responsabilidades

• Design and prototype new gameplay modes
• Improve existing Paper Party modes
• Define simple, readable rules for one-finger controls
• Iterate quickly through testing, feedback and playtests
• Balance accessibility, competition, pacing and replayability
• Identify weak ideas early and confidently cut or reshape them
• Work closely with the Paper.io 2 team to turn concepts into playable experiences
• Document your designs clearly
• Fine-tune modes directly in Unity whenever possible
