Job summary

Ebury is seeking a Senior FX Sales Executive in Madrid to drive growth by identifying and acquiring new international operating companies in the local market. You will work with a Senior Sales Manager to develop opportunities, onboard clients, and cross-sell to existing customers.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in sales, B2B experience, and fluency in Spanish with business English. The role offers an attractive commission structure and rapid career progression in a vibrant Madrid office.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years' experience in sales and/or relationship management.
• Experience within a B2B or client-facing environment.
• Fluency in Spanish and a business level of English.
• High-level understanding of the SME and Midcap sector.
• Flexible mindset and urgency aligned with a fast-paced culture.
• Experience in financial markets products.

Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new companies to build a database of clients.
• Create, develop and manage new business opportunities through various mediums, working with a Senior Sales Manager or Head of Sales.
• Onboard new clients and cross-sell to existing clients.
• Provide a high level of customer service.
• Work closely with the wider team and report on sales progress.
