Job summary

Ebury in Madrid is seeking a Client Portfolio Manager to oversee a portfolio of corporate clients, execute FX hedging, supplier financing, payments and cash management, and upsell Ebury’s product capabilities to maximise value.

You will collaborate with a large sales team, understand client environments and industry, position Ebury’s banking solutions, and expand business while meeting KPIs and reducing churn.

Qualifications

• Strong financial services experience in sales or relationship management.
• Experience in FX institutions and/or banks or selling to SMEs/corporate clients.
• Solid understanding of relevant compliance requirements.
• Academic background in Business or Finance.
• Exceptional communication and ability to win commitment.
• Proven negotiation and networking skills.
• Fluency in Spanish and business English.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of corporate clients, executing FX hedging, supplier financing, payments and cash management; upsell Ebury’s products.
• Collaborate with a large sales team to originate business; understand client environments and industry.
• Know competitors’ capabilities and gaps to position Ebury’s banking solutions.
• Deliver on KPIs: repeat/new revenues, reduce churn, cross-sell, expand wallet-share.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships; present ideas and updates clearly.
• Provide feedback to technology and product managers; expand existing business.
• Originate new business via networking with existing clients for referrals.
