UST España & Latam busca a un Ingeniero Senior Full Stack para un proyecto internacional en el sector banca privada y gestión de patrimonio. Formará parte de un equipo cross-funcional con enfoque DevOps, preparando soluciones digitales seguras y escalables.

El rol exige experiencia en backend y frontend, y compromiso con ingeniería de software de alto nivel en un entorno ágil. Se ofrece modelo híbrido y beneficios de empresa.

Formación

• Experiencia comprobable como Full Stack Software Engineer en entornos empresariales.
• Sólida experiencia en Java y Spring Boot.
• Conocimiento de React, JavaScript y TypeScript.
• Experiencia con RESTful APIs y arquitecturas orientadas a servicios.

Responsabilidades

• Trabajar en un equipo ágil y orientado a DevOps.
• Diseñar, desarrollar, desplegar, liberar y monitorizar aplicaciones de software de alta calidad.
• Participar en revisiones de código y promover buenas prácticas de ingeniería.
• Colaborar con partes interesadas para entender y traducir requisitos en soluciones técnicas.
• Participar en planificación, refinamiento de backlog y definiciones de características.
• Trabajar junto a los Arquitectos de Soluciones para alinear desarrollos con la arquitectura corporativa.
• Contribuir a comunidades técnicas y mentoría de colegas.
• Asegurar calidad de código, mantenibilidad y pruebas.

What we look for?

We are looking for a talented Senior Full Stack Engineer to join an international project within the private banking and wealth management sector. You will become part of a cross-functional, DevOps-oriented team responsible for building and delivering modern, secure, and scalable digital banking solutions.

This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about software engineering excellence, enjoy working with both backend and frontend technologies, and want to contribute to high-impact products in a fast-paced Agile environment.

Hybrid Model in Madrid (3x2)

Key Responsibilities:

• Work collaboratively within a cross-functional Agile team operating under a DevOps model.
• Design, develop, deploy, release, and monitor high-quality software applications.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Participate in planning, backlog refinement, and feature definition sessions.
• Work closely with Solution Architects to align developments with the organization's architecture strategy.
• Contribute actively to Software Engineering communities, sharing knowledge and mentoring colleagues.
• Ensure code quality, maintainability, testing, and adherence to engineering standards.
• Promote continuous improvement and ownership throughout the software development lifecycle.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer in enterprise environments.
• Strong expertise in Java and Spring Boot.
• Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and service-oriented architectures.
• Strong knowledge of React, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Solid experience working with Oracle SQL or similar relational databases.
• Understanding of DevOps principles, Continuous Integration (CI), and Continuous Deployment (CD).
• Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) and/or Behavior-Driven Development (BDD).
• Knowledge of Kubernetes and containerized environments.
• Familiarity with OpenAPI specifications and UML.
• Experience working within Agile methodologies.
• Strong communication skills and excellent English level (written and spoken).
• Proactive mindset, ownership attitude, and passion for software engineering.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Kafka and Avro for streaming and event-driven architectures.
• Previous experience in banking, financial services, or highly regulated environments.
• Exposure to cloud-native architectures and modern microservices ecosystems.
• Experience mentoring developers and contributing to technical communities.
