Formación

• Significant experience managing senior engineers and developing technical leaders.
• Strong frontend systems knowledge and architectural judgment.

• Be accountable for two distributed squads: set expectations, coach, and drive delivery.
• Own hiring and team planning aligned with product priorities and long-term needs.
• Lead discovery with customers and community members to shape roadmaps.
