Ethos is seeking an experienced FP&A manager to support AI-driven finance work, including forecasts, variance analysis, and driver-based models for board-ready decks and memos.

The role is fully remote, flexible 5-20 hours per week, with a pay rate of $100 per hour. Candidates should have 5+ years in FP&A or corporate finance and a proven track record of high-quality financial documentation.

Start date ASAP and ability to work asynchronously across time zones are valued.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in FP&A or corporate finance building rolling forecasts, variance bridges, and driver-based operating models.
• Track record of producing board-ready P&L decks and monthly flux commentary memos.
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
