Ethos is a remote-friendly opportunity for an experienced FP&A leader to help train a foundational AI model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will own forecasting, variance analysis, and driver-based models, delivering board-ready P&L decks and monthly flux memos for executive leadership.

The role is fully remote with flexible 5–20 hours per week, ASAP start, and compensation at $100 per hour.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in FP&A or corporate finance building forecasts and models.
• Proven ability to produce board-ready P&L decks and memos.
• Expert craftsmanship in documents, spreadsheets, and slides with strong written communication.

Responsabilités

• Lead FP&A efforts to train AI models on professional documents and slides.
• Develop rolling forecasts, variance bridges, and driver-based operating models.
• Create board-ready P&L decks and monthly flux commentary memos for leadership.
