Job summary

Ethos is seeking FP&A leads with 5+ years owning budgeting, forecasting, and executive reporting to help train their latest language model on professional presentation and slide deck tasks.

In a fully remote, flexible role (5-20 hours per week, ASAP starts), you will create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows: monthly business review decks, budgets and forecast presentations, variance analysis exhibits, board finance packages, long-range plan

Qualifications

• 5+ years in FP&A with ownership of executive or board reporting.
• Deep expertise in variance storytelling and financial exhibits.
• Expert PowerPoint craft and precise written communication.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks.
• Prepare monthly business review decks and budget/forecast presentations.
• Develop variance analysis exhibits and board finance packages.
• Design KPI dashboard slides with strong visuals.
