Job summary

Ethos is seeking an experienced FP&A professional for a fully remote, flexible engagement. The role focuses on building forecasts, variance analysis, and driver-based models to support AI-driven document, spreadsheet, and slide work.

The successful candidate will deliver board-ready P&L decks and monthly flux memos, with expert-level document craftsmanship and outstanding written communication. Remote, 5–20 hours per week, ASAP start.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in FP&A or corporate finance building rolling forecasts, variance bridges, and driver-based operating models for a growing company.
• Track record of producing board-ready p&l decks and monthly flux commentary memos that finance leadership can present without rework.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Develop rolling forecast models and driver-based operating models.
• Create variance bridges and scenario sensitivity analyses.
• Prepare board-ready P&L decks and monthly flux commentary memos.
• Produce concise, high-quality documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks for finance leadership.
• Support finance leadership with accurate, on-time reporting and analysis.
• Refine AI-generated financial documents and demonstrations for stakeholders.
